How to complain to your Local Government Ombudsman

LGO Logo

We are currently reviewing our complaint procedure to include a third stage to the process if a customer is dissatisfied with the outcome of a complaint following 2 stages of investigation from a Business Manager and a Director.  The third stage of the process will involve a panel of Board Members hearing the details of the complaint and reviewing the investigation and the outcome of the complaint.

Should the outcome of the third stage not be to the satisfaction of the complainant, they can complain to the local government ombudsman (LGO).  The LGO advice team can be contacted on 0845 602 1983 or go to
www.lgo.org.uk for more information.
