Gift vouchers up to the value of £50 will be awarded for the best ideas. A prize worth £100 will be presented to the customer who makes the best suggestion during the year. |
How does it work?
If you have a suggestion on how we can improve our service and you let us know about it.
How do I let you know?
Its easy just contact us on one of the normal ways - phone, email, letter, in person.....its up to you whatever is easiest for you.
What happens then?
All suggestions are investigated before being discussed by the GGH Senior Management Team (SMT), who meet on a monthly basis. Once a decision has been made on the outcome of the suggestion the customer is informed via a letter to say if they are successful and how we are going to implement the suggestion. SMT will decide who should progress the implementation of the suggestion then it is put in place.
